Bookings and Deposits
To secure your booking, Bay Villas Resort requires a deposit of the first
nights accommodation.The balance
outstanding is payable upon arrival by cash or credit card. Cheques accepted
by prior arrangement only.

Bookings Conditions
To confirm your booking, a deposit equivalent to 1 nights accommodation is required,
with full payment to be received from 14 days before arrival.
No pets allowed.
Only the number of persons booked may stay in the apartment overnight.
Minimum booking of 2 nights.
Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to apply an administration fee* equivalent to one nights accommodation
on cancellations of more than 14 days notice before arrival.
On cancellations with 14 days or less notice prior to arrival date – a fee* of 2 nights accommodation or 50% of the nights cancelled will apply, whichever is greater.
Notice is to be received in writing.
Travel insurance is advisable.
*Fees may be credited to a future re-booking of similar duration at Port Douglas Bay Villas Resort,
less a rebooking charge of $50 and subject to room availability, for travel dates up to 12 months from the original cancelled booking.

At all times we, Bay Villas Resort, will endeavour to accept all bookings that are made through
our website, however we reserve the right to cancel/reject a booking at any time.
You will be notified by us of any changes/amendments to the booking and refunds due and
we will always try to give you an alternative option.
